We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Branlington Ltd Group. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our company.
About the Role:The Financial Controller will be responsible for providing strong financial management and leadership to our organization. This will involve conducting a full review of our business activity to identify areas for improvement, providing analysis and advice on efficiency and cost reduction, and ensuring financial stability through effective cash flow and debt management.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct a comprehensive review of our financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management to inform business decisions
- Manage and maintain our financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws
- Develop and implement financial reporting systems to provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and budgeting
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller with a strong background in financial management and leadership. You will have a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or equivalent experience, and a proven track record of delivering financial results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You will be a collaborative and driven individual with consistently high standards, and a strong ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. You will also have a strong understanding of financial systems and processes, and be able to develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth.
