Job Title: Registered Care Home Manager

A dynamic and experienced Registered Care Home Manager is required to lead a high-performing care home in the Peterborough area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional person-centred care services to residents, while promoting their interests and understanding their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, supervision, and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to meet business objectives and CQC compliance criteria.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure good working relationships and collaborative working practices.
  • Manage commercial aspects of the care home, including occupancy levels, fees, and staffing costs.
  • Submit regular management information reports on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Registered Care Home Manager with CQC.
  • Experience and knowledge of working in dementia care.
  • Proven track record in management and delivery of high-quality care within a residential setting.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care inspectorate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
