Job Overview:

Project Partners is seeking a Business Growth Strategist to join our team in South Yorkshire. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth within our portfolio of customers.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Commercial Manager and possess strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance using metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to promote business growth within our portfolio of customers.
  2. Oversee all system processes and ensure their efficient operation.
  3. BREAK DOWN DRAWINGS TO CAPTURE SALES IN LINE WITH CUSTOMER CONTRACTUAL TERMS.
  4. Negotiate and oversee contracts, Pursuing new business opportunities, and Advising on key commercial issues.
  5. Manage day-to-day work and analysis required to support options evaluation, Coordinate work products and activities across internal stakeholder groups, and Deliver weekly management reports.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial acumen and experience of using metrics for driving performance.
  • A pro-active attitude and a passion for leading with integrity.
  • Prior experience of operating as a Commercial Manager.
  • A track record of achieving targets and KPIs through leading effective service delivery.
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 20 days' annual leave (plus bank holidays), onsite parking, and a pension plan.
