Job Title: Head of Commercial Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our commercial management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and delivering solutions for complex and/or large-scale property assets within our portfolio to ensure they meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, create strategies for, and action solutions to optimize our property assets in line with the business plan.
  • Review and analyze complex lease and management arrangements to identify commercial approaches and negotiate with key partners and agencies.
  • Develop and implement asset portfolio reviews, modeling of property performance, and identifying strategies for management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of commercial property strategies.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on commercial property matters to senior management and the board.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial property management, asset optimization, and strategy development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of property law, financial analysis, and the domestic housing market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
