Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate A&E General Nurse to join our team at 279 University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our emergency department.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, and implement care for patients, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Identify patient problems and needs, and develop effective care plans to address these.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to NMC guidelines and Trust policies.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure the needs of critically ill patients are met, and participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation to facilitate continuity of care, and liaise with nursing and clerical staff to ensure efficient administration of ward work.
