We are seeking a Water Industry SHE Advisor to join our team in Preston. As part of our SHE Team, you will be responsible for ensuring safety, health, and environmental compliance within capital projects for our water industry clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure delivery of legislative compliance and promote continuous improvement of safety, health, and environmental performance.
  • To ensure consistent implementation of SHE standards.
  • Deliver coaching and training on site and at fixed venues where competent to deliver content.
  • Assist and deliver when required contract-level inductions.
  • Assist in identifying SHE-related training and competency needs for site-based personnel and bring these to the attention of the SHE Manager.
  • Assist operations with investigations of incidents and accidents, identifying root cause analysis and recommendations to prevent re-occurrence.
