Proximity Recruitment is partnering with a high-growth digital agency in Milton Keynes to find a talented SEO & Paid Media Consultant to join their collaborative team.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of circa 10 clients across PPC and SEO, with the potential to grow the team with juniors and apprentices over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client requirements for PPC and SEO, working closely with a small team.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term campaign strategies to increase client-specific KPIs.
  • Measure, optimize, and report on campaign performance from a client-centric perspective.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance by analyzing results, identifying next steps, and implementing changes.
  • Apply creative thinking to develop innovative SEM marketing approaches.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure the agency remains at the forefront.
  • Analyze and strategize using industry tools, including GA4, GSC, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.

Applicants with experience in both SEO and paid media are preferred, but those with a strong understanding of both disciplines are also considered.
