Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Bradford/Rotherham. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with Learning Disabilities.
About the Role:- Provide direct support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate in their communities.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, cooking, and housekeeping, promoting independence and wellbeing.
- Support individuals to achieve their goals and objectives, as outlined in their care plans.
- Liaise with external professionals, such as GPs and Social Services, to ensure comprehensive support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Recent experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities.
- Ability to provide personal and intimate care, with a caring and empathetic approach.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Child and Adult DBS registered to the update service.
