We are seeking a passionate and inspirational Home Manager to lead our team at Eothen Homes Whitley Bay, a 34-bed residential care home in Whitley Bay. As a Home Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering our vision of creating a warm and welcoming family environment where individuals feel valued, needed, and loved.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, effective communication, and interpersonal skills to develop a nurturing approach and build good relationships with people living and working in the home. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support, promoting a culture of excellence, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

We are looking for a candidate who is willing to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care and has previous management experience within a health and social care setting. You will also be required to pass a fit persons interview with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to become the Registered Manager.
