About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Manager to lead our team at Eothen Homes Whitley Bay, a 34-bed residential care home in Whitley Bay. As a Home Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering our mission to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for our residents.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with our residents, staff, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the home, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has a proven track record of leadership and management within a health and social care setting. You will be required to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care and have a good understanding of regulatory compliance.
