Role: Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: London Bridge Hospital
Shifts: Flexible shifts between Monday and Sunday, 6:30am to 10pm

Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,225 - £26,917 annually + excellent benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits package plus career development)

We're seeking a highly motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our hospital environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for patients and visitors.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and rotas to meet the needs of our patients and visitors
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and services
  • Monitor and maintain the condition of our facilities, reporting any issues or concerns to the facilities manager
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and colleagues, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
