We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our Administration Team in Crawley.

Main ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the Office Manager and Clinical Administrators, you will play a vital role in delivering administration services, utilizing our bespoke Patient Information Management System.
By providing high-quality administration services, you will contribute to exceptional customer service, enhancing patient satisfaction and reinforcing our brand reputation.
Key Accountabilities- To be conversant and compliant with all statutory and non-statutory policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- To serve as the local point of contact for issues and queries from stakeholders, the Clinical Administration Team, patients, and Senior Management.
- To be fully conversant with Clinical Administrators' daily tasks, including appointment and referral management, telephone and patient inquiries, and reception duties.
- To provide day-to-day support and coordination of Clinical Administration staff, training on departmental procedures, policies, and systems.
- To collaborate with clinical staff on administration tasks.
- To assist senior staff with surveys and audits as necessary.
- To be responsible for office equipment, ordering, and maintaining office supplies, stationery, patient leaflets, in conjunction with associated Managers.
- To manage the meet and greet and general service provision to all patients, providing excellent customer service, provision of questionnaires, and general information.
- To support the administration of local staff meetings in the absence of the Office Manager.
- To deputise for the Office Manager in their absence.
- To undertake additional duties or specific projects within the scope of this position.
- Considerable experience in administration or secretarial roles.
- Proven experience in supervising others.
- Proven experience in producing documents to a high standard with good accuracy.
- NVQ3 in Business and Administration or equivalent practical experience.
- RSA 3 or equivalent experience and evidence of further practice experience.
- Good standard of secondary education; GCSE at Grade C or above or equivalent.
