We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Land Buyer to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to play a critical role in the company's growth and success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of land buying, including identifying and acquiring new sites, negotiating deals, and managing the offer and negotiation process.

Our in-house team of experts, including Architects, Planners, Technical, Legal, Commercial and Construction teams, will provide support and guidance throughout the process.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Land Buyer who has a proven track record in land acquisition and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the property market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Our successful candidate will be a confident and competent driver, with a valid UK driver's license, and will be comfortable spending a large proportion of their time out of the office.
