Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our outdoor nursery provision in central Nottingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of early years professionals to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging and effective educational programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education, making recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure the nursery is a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare
  • At least 3 years' experience in a day nursery setting
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and supporting teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted regulations
