Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? Brook Street UK has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Support Assistant Manager to join their team.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing administrative support to Ward Managers, ensuring timely processing of complaints and clinical incidents. You will also be responsible for managing mail distribution, completing payroll documentation efficiently, and collaborating on staff rota management.
Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks: Provide comprehensive support to Ward Managers, including complaints and clinical incident management.
- Correspondence Management: Manage mail distribution to ensure timely processing of outgoing correspondence.
- Payroll Efficiency: Complete payroll documentation efficiently.
- Rota Coordination: Collaborate on staff rota management, including bank and agency staff requests.
This is a salaried position offering £26,500 per annum, based on experience.
What We're Looking For- Education and Experience: 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C, including English Language, and 1 year similar experience OR 2 years of relevant clerical/administrative experience.
