Role: HR Business Partner
Job Type: Full-time/Permanent (37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong partnerships with the Site Leadership Team to ensure the successful delivery of People objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach, providing expert guidance on all HR matters to managers across the site.
- Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure consistency in strategic targets and practices.
- Oversee employee relations activities, including handling complex ER issues and managing cases related to performance management, grievances, and more.
- Support strategic responsibilities such as organizational change, succession planning, and bonus process management.
- Drive engagement and foster a positive culture through the creation and delivery of engagement activities aligned with the overall strategy.
Requirements:
- Level 5 CIPD Qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience handling employee relations cases across different business areas.
- Proficiency in advising Senior Managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Sound knowledge of current employment legislation.
- Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate flexibility, and adapt to change.
- Ideally, experience working as an HR Generalist in a blue-collar environment.
