**Main Responsibilities**

The UK Training compliance team support the people strategy and operational requirements in relation to business growth and day to day responsibilities for skills, development, design and projects. Our vision is "To provide effective, safe and quality learning interventions for the heart of our business in the role they are taking, the role they are in and the role they want in the future" It is an integral department within operations supporting staff from their first day and through their career progression within THG.***
- Manage the compliance learning management system for your respective sites.
- Plan, design and deliver creative and engaging learning interventions.
- Assess and evaluate the success of learning events.
- Build strong working relationships with operational stakeholders.
- Act upon site technical gap analysis to plug gaps through compliance/technical training.
- Analyse data and act upon the findings.
- Ensure compliance and audit readiness across Manufacturing sites.
- Support with new starter on-boarding requirements.
- Support with the delivery of inductions and compliance training sessions across Manufacturing sites.
- Own the training matrixes for your sites, ensuring they're up to date following training delivery.
- Support with SOP design, development, updates & reviews.
- Add details following upkeep of training matrix, updated with relevant documents following new, up-versioned and allocated to relevant job roles.
- Electronic record retention and data validation for accuracy. Analyse data and report training needs/compliance to relevant sites stakeholders.
- Support and develop operational trainers and SME's responsible for delivery of training to ensure standards are aligned to MFG training strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent Design and Delivery Skills - creative, engaging, effective.
- Confident Communication style (verbal and written).
- Time Management.
- People focused.
- Natural Coach.
- Results focused (evaluation and competence time frame).
- PC skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- General understanding of site Health & Safety, Quality and HR procedures.
- Flexibility to travel to THG Manufacturing sites as required, with expected travel of 2 nights away per month, with additional need to travel to other local sites.
- Design training using a range of methods, from eLearning, to Classroom.
- Previous experience in designing Leadership Programmes desired but not essential.
- L&D Qualification desired but not essential.
- Positive and flexible attitude - you may need to attend sites to support training at evenings / at weekends
