  • Review and analyze market risk measures, including VaR, greeks, and stress tests
  • Evaluate risk-taking behavior and influence outcomes through portfolio and transaction-level risk analysis
  • Collaborate with Risk Engineering colleagues on the development of new risk measures and improvements to existing measures
  • Identify and address emerging risks, such as basis risks and crowded trades
  • Set limits and thresholds to manage market risk exposure
  • Connect macroeconomic events to potential vulnerabilities and disseminate information to stakeholders
  • Communicate with senior management and regulators on market risk matters

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in market risk management or a similar role
  • Strong academic record with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
  • Understanding of financial products, risk-reward tradeoffs, and market risk measures
  • Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, and Refinitiv Eikon, with the ability to pick up in-house systems
  • Ability to code and analyze complex data
  • Proven problem-solving ability and control mindset
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
