Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Risk Specialist to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the Commercial Team, providing expertise in underwriting Commercial risks.

The ideal candidate will have strong trading skills and experience in developing broker accounts to achieve profitable growth.

This position requires a strong understanding of underwriting knowledge, specifically with previous experience in Commercial Combined.

The successful candidate will also be passionate about their own development within the insurance industry and have excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Profitably underwrite Commercial risks from a wide range of products on a case-by-case basis, within appetite and underwriting criteria.
  • Assess and analyse data accurately and effectively to drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers to achieve profitable growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive.

  • A competitive salary of approximately £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
