About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate/Legal Director with a strong background in commercial law, particularly in public procurement and subsidy control. You will be responsible for advising clients on compliance issues related to the Subsidy Control Act and providing strategic advice on commercial matters. Your expertise will be essential in supporting our clients in navigating the complexities of public procurement and subsidy control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on non-contentious commercial matters, with a focus on public procurement and subsidy control.
  • Advise clients on compliance issues related to the Subsidy Control Act.
  • Provide strategic advice on commercial matters, including contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Support clients in navigating the complexities of public procurement and subsidy control.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Requirements

  • Law degree (or equivalent).
  • Strong background in commercial law, particularly in public procurement and subsidy control.
  • Excellent legal and commercial research skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Time management skills showing ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
