Living Well Officer

Role Overview
The Living Well Officer will provide administrative and support services to the Mental Health team in Adults Social Services. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders, partners, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of administrative and support services to the Operational Teams and service users
- Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and customers to provide support and guidance
- Source grants and community activities to support service users
- Minute meetings and maintain records
- Support the protection of property requirements under the Care Act
- Pay invoices and manage finances
- Organize food parcels and other support services
- Maintain a list of local resources to support service users
Requirements
- Full induction programme and ongoing training and support
- Opportunities for further career development
- Ability to drive and have access to a car
- Positive and proactive approach to work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
