Living Well Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Living Well Officer to join our Business Support team in Adults Social Services. As a key member of the Mental Health team, you will play a vital role in delivering a range of administrative and support services to operational teams and service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to stakeholders, partners, and customers
- Deliver administrative tasks such as sourcing grants, minuting meetings, and paying invoices
- Support the protection of property requirements under the Care Act
- Organize food parcels and maintain a list of local resources
- Make visits to support operational teams and have access to a car
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Full induction program and ongoing training and support
