About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate educator to deliver one-to-one tuition to students with diverse needs. As a Fleet Tutor, you will have the flexibility to choose your working hours and work directly with students in their own homes or schools.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver personalised lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of each learner.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance academic outcomes.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and schools to ensure learner success.
- Maintain accurate session records through our virtual learning platform.
- Work with learners who present with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and complex learning requirements.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 6 months teaching or tutoring experience in the UK.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS check and subscription to the DBS Update Service.
- Commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners with diverse needs.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £15-25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Fleet Tutor, you will also receive:
