The Asset and Information Officer will be part of a team within the Housing Investment section, supporting the development of investment strategies to address future stock needs and achieve Government policies and targets.
Main Responsibilities- Collect, validate, analyze, interpret, and reconcile detailed stock condition, energy efficiency, and asset compliance and risk data.
- Utilize a wide variety of computer applications to support data analysis and presentation of high-quality business intelligence.
- Proactively identify areas of poor data quality or concern and take appropriate action to validate, update, and deliver improvement to the data and collection systems.
- Analyze complex datasets and communicate findings in a range of formats to non-technical people.
- Act as a key user of a business application database.
- Substantial experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including databases, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
