Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Assembly Technician to join our team at Wrightbus. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with a variety of materials, including metal, wood, and laminate, and will be able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.

The role will involve working closely with other departments to ensure that vehicles are assembled to the highest standard and delivered on time. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and adhere to all health and safety procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assembly of vehicles using a variety of materials
  • Reading and working from complex drawings and schematics
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of vehicles

Requirements:

  • Time Served in a relevant discipline or 4 years of chassis experience/Relevant experience
  • Relevant experience using a variety of hand, power, and air tools
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on location and experience.
