Job Description

This role is all about driving team engagement and maximising sales opportunities. You'll be working closely with the Store Manager to create a positive environment within the store, where every customer feels welcome and valued. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of the store team to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Creating a positive environment within the store by encouraging business initiatives and sharing best practices
  • In the absence of the Store Manager, leading the team to achieve set goals, expectations, and targets through effective coaching and training
  • Motivating and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional results
  • Regularly walking the floor to maintain high store standards and ensure every customer has an exceptional experience
