Staff Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Engineer to join our Current Product Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing award-winning products for our market-leading brands, including Mira Showers, Rada, and Kohler UK.
As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for leading change within our existing product portfolio, evaluating and implementing design changes, and providing technical expertise to multiple departments. You will also be responsible for working collaboratively with customer service to monitor field issues, analyzing product returns, and taking appropriate action to resolve them.
We are looking for a curious and tenacious individual with a drive to experiment and develop next-generation showering experiences. You will be responsible for gathering feedback, analyzing data, and making incremental improvements to our products throughout their lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a proven history of experience in a similar industry, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and a solid understanding of FMEA's. You will be a confident communicator with both internal and external stakeholders, able to translate technical concepts and data into easy-to-understand language.
