About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy General Manager to join our team at a beautiful premium pub with a luxury feel and boutique rooms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant or pub management, with excellent front-of-house presence and the ability to inspire their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high-quality food and service.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing coaching and training to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
What We're Looking For
  • A strong operator with experience in a restaurant or pub environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • A passion for great food and good service, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
