Elevator Operations Manager

We're seeking a Service Delivery Manager, based in London, who's ready to help us deliver on our commitments today, plan our strategy for the future, and leave their fingerprints on the organization for years to come.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with a select handful of clients across the London area to provide exceptional customer service.
- Coach, mentor, and manage a team of field-based engineers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
- Partner with key clients to provide technical solutions to unit issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement solutions to address breakdowns, working closely with engineers to deliver innovative ideas that reduce customer frustration.
- Attend client meetings to ensure we're providing a top-level customer service experience.
- Experience in the elevator industry or similar sectors, such as construction or facilities management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to customers' needs and frustrations.
- Management experience, with the ability to delegate tasks and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Good IT knowledge, with the ability to work on and with a wide range of Microsoft-based systems.
