Service Delivery Manager
At Otis, we are a global leader in elevators, escalators, and moving walkways. We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to oversee our operations in the London area.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with clients in the London region.
- Lead and mentor a team of field-based engineers, ensuring high performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with key clients to provide technical solutions and minimize downtime for their elevator systems.
- Attend client meetings to maintain service level agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
