About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Funding Administrator. This role will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our funding and operations processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including responding to queries and sending communications via email
  • Carry out other administrative duties as required, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a hybrid workplace, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • English and Maths GCSE at grade C or above, or equivalent
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a hybrid workplace
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing work needs, including updated systems and procedures
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word
