Lead Fundraising Efforts for a UK Health NFP

Join Morgan Law as a permanent Director of Fundraising in Central London.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days per week remote work. The salary is £90,000 + benefits, and you will have access to a flexi-time scheme, pension plan, private healthcare, and dental care.

About the Role

We are seeking a senior management professional with experience in fundraising and leadership. As the Director of Fundraising, you will oversee the NFP's fundraising and health information departments, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to drive growth and success.
  • Lead a team of experienced fundraisers and health information specialists.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and UK CEO to achieve organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of funds.
