Risk and Compliance Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Risk and Compliance Manager to lead our clients' risk management strategy, drive SOx compliance, and enhance internal audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management processes across the business.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set risk appetite and influence key strategies.
  • Oversee SOx controls, manage internal audits, and continually improve compliance frameworks.
  • Ensure business continuity through robust disaster recovery and crisis management plans.
  • Drive compliance across departments, delivering key insights to the Board.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with a strong assurance background.
  • Experience with SOx frameworks and internal audit.
  • Confident preparing and presenting reports to senior leaders.
  • Tech-savvy, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of IT controls.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
