Boden Group is seeking a skilled Catering Engineer to join its Facilities Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking reactive repairs on commercial catering and ware-washing equipment, as well as performing tasks in accordance with a structured program of planned preventative maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical disciplines, with a minimum of NVQ level 2 or above. They will also possess commercial gas qualifications, including COMCAT 1, 3, and 5, and a full valid UK driving license.

In this role, you will be required to maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities, conduct point of work risk assessments, and stay up-to-date with the latest trade-relevant regulations and industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake reactive repairs on commercial catering and ware-washing equipment.
  2. Perform tasks in accordance with a structured program of planned preventative maintenance.
  3. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  4. Conduct point of work risk assessments.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trade-relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  1. NVQ level 2 or above in an electrical discipline.
  2. Commercial gas qualifications (COMCAT 1, 3 & 5).
  3. A full valid UK driving license.
  4. The ability to gain and retain Security clearance and DBS.
