Job Summary:

Found Rs is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team in the commercial catering industry. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across the company's portfolio of catering equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out fault finding and routine maintenance on commercial catering equipment, including vitro ovens, commercial ovens, and other catering equipment.
  • Perform gas work on a range of equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Complete job sheets and liaise closely with the service desk to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain van stock and perform general vehicle maintenance as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of engineering experience on catering equipment.
  • Comcat qualifications 1, 3, and 5 (essential).
  • Additional gas qualifications beneficial (Fgas, Comcat 2, etc.).
  • Proficient fault-finding skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A full, clean UK driver's license.
