As a Senior Care Assistant at Advinia Care Homes Limited, you will lead our care teams to provide exceptional care, compassion, and resident dignity. Working closely with our nursing staff, you will be responsible for administering medication, personal care, team supervision, and developing, implementing, and updating care plans in line with CQC guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and personal care to residents
- Supervise and support care teams to ensure high standards of care
- Develop, implement, and update care plans in accordance with CQC guidelines
- Coach and mentor care team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Identify training needs and provide support for team development
