Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to lead our regional sales team in the East Coast and North Yorkshire. As Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that drives business growth and revenue.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business with opportunities for advancement. You will have the chance to work closely with our Managing Director to shape the future of the company and contribute to its continued success.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience from a customer-facing role, as well as experience of setting sales strategies and working to targets and KPIs. They will also have strong people management and training skills, excellent customer service skills, and a strong attention to detail.
The salary for this role is up to £60,000 per annum, with uncapped commission potential. In addition to your basic salary, you will have the opportunity to earn additional income through commissions and bonuses.
