We are currently seeking a Construction Operations Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects and contribute to the success of our business. As a seasoned construction professional, you will be responsible for leading construction operations, managing relationships with stakeholders, and developing commercial strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

With a strong background in railway infrastructure and experience managing principal contractors and their subcontractors, you will be well-equipped to take on this challenging role. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

  • Relevant experience in the railway industry, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies.
