Head Padel Coach Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Padel Coach to lead our coaching programme at a premium facility in the Cotswolds. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals, offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits package, and the chance to develop your career in the sport of Padel.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality coaching sessions and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for designing and delivering coaching sessions, managing your own lesson schedule through MATCHi, and fostering a positive environment for players.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver coaching sessions that meet the highest standards
  • Manage own lesson schedule through MATCHi
  • Maintain excellent customer communication
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for players

Salary: £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Padel coach
  • Ability to design and deliver coaching sessions that meet the highest standards
  • Excellent customer communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
