We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Psychiatric/Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess care needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
  • Provide a named practitioner role to people who use our service.
  • Promote and improve the quality of service provided.
  • Manage the unit in the absence of the Ward Manager/Team Leader.
Requirements
  • Level 1 Registered Nurse RNLD/RNMH qualification.
  • Degree/HE Diploma level.
  • Evidence of taking responsibility for meeting compulsory and essential training in previous post.
  • Working knowledge of using common computer programmes such as email, internet, word-processing.
  • Willingness to undertake further training.
  • Completion of Practice Assessor/Supervisor Training.
  • Evidence of post-registration training.
