This permanent role involves maintaining a portfolio of Residential/Social Housing sites to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.
The successful candidate will possess excellent cleaning skills and be able to work independently.
A Full UK Driving Licence is required, but a Company Vehicle is provided for your convenience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain residential properties, including walls, skirting boards, handrails, and windows.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste material to designated collection points.
- Mix cleaning supplies safely and replenish consumable items.
- Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
- Clean communal kitchen areas.
