Our Private Wealth Team are currently seeking candidates for the following position:

Senior Paraplanner – London/Bournemouth/UK Wide (hybrid/remote working options available)

Whilst the position would ideally be London or Bournemouth based with a hybrid working model in place (2-3 days per week in the office), we are also willing to consider candidates from other parts of the UK who are looking for remote/home working contracts, providing they are able to demonstrate the correct level of experience.

  • Prepare complex technical advice reports, which are adapted for each client and are professional but welcoming and personalised for each individual.
  • Use your initiative to find great solutions for client's needs, using different research and financial tools.

  • Work as a supportive team member.
  • Treat all clients and colleagues with courtesy and respect.
  • Ensure Mercer Advice Standards are met.

What you need to have:

  • Experience as a Senior Paraplanner.
  • Hold Chartered or very close to Chartered Status.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly competent at producing complex technical advice reports.
  • Excellent knowledge of providers, investment platforms and how business is processed.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
