At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Stylist to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating an inspiring in-store experience for our customers.

As a Senior Stylist, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of fragrances and gifting options, helping customers to find the perfect scent or gift for any occasion. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards, ensuring that our store looks its best at all times.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about fragrance and gifting, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving sales. If you have a flair for style, a passion for fragrance, and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and inspired.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, ensuring that the store looks its best at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider retail team to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience with a proven track record of achieving and/or leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • An approachable, friendly, and 'can-do' attitude.
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs to best cater to them.
  • Flexible availability across days and hours.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
