About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Stylist. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized and inspirational customer service, ensuring each customer has a unique and memorable experience
  • Working closely with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets, driving business growth and success
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our fragrances and products, enabling you to make informed recommendations and provide expert advice
  • Creating and executing in-store events and visual merchandising displays that showcase our brand and products

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail experience with a proven track record of achieving and/or leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • A passion for fragrance and gifting, with a strong understanding of the beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work variable shifts and meet the needs of the business
