About the Job

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Sugarman Health & Wellbeing in Sandbach. The successful candidate will work closely with a young lady who requires support with her daily life due to Learning difficulties and Autism.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage a team of Support workers
  2. Oversee the completion of monthly rotas
  3. Maintain staff compliance
  4. Conduct Supervisions, spot checks and Annual Appraisals
  5. Review and update Risk assessments and Care Plan reviews

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the care sector, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. A competitive salary of £15 per hour, paid via PAYE or Umbrella, is offered along with various benefits.
