This desktop role involves working with a dynamic and innovative team, supported by the best technology, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits to assess repairer performance, providing recommendations on repair quality, costs, and customer service
  • Be in communication with repairers, business partners, and suppliers to ensure the smooth processing of claims and to achieve optimal engineering outcomes on the first attempt
  • Have a basic understanding of insurance principles and 2 years of Motor Claims knowledge
