Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail team in Enfield. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping our customers find their dream bed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, using our market-leading sleep technology to find the perfect mattress match.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on our latest bedding ranges and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring our stores look their absolute best at all times.
