We are seeking a visionary Public Health Services Leader to join our dynamic leadership team at AWD online in Wokingham, Berkshire. As a creative and strategic thinker, you will play a key role in shaping our health and wellbeing strategy, ensuring that our communities remain safe, healthy, and thriving.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering excellent public health services, with a focus on improving health outcomes and reducing inequalities. You will be responsible for leading our efforts in identifying and addressing the hidden inequalities across the Borough, working closely with our partners, including the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board, and other health partners.

You will take a cross-system approach to deliver our ambitious Health and Wellbeing Strategy, ensuring that the building blocks of good health and wellbeing are embedded across all areas of our organisation and partnership work. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £123,062 per annum, plus generous benefits, including:
