Specialist Public Health Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our Central Access Team. As a specialist public health nurse leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Your expertise will be utilized to drive improvements in patient outcomes and contribute to the overall success of our Health Visiting service.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced health visitor to join our team as a Clinical Director. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enhance the quality of care provided to our patients. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively will be essential in achieving our goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared objectives
• Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive service improvements
Requirements:
• Specialist Community Public Health Nurse qualification - Health Visitor
• Current NMC registration
• Proven track record of successful leadership and management in healthcare
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
Salary and Benefits:
£65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
