CleverHR is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Financial Adviser to join our team in Kendal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and holistic advice to clients, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert financial planning services to clients, meeting their financial goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure clients receive the latest advice.
- Act with integrity and professionalism, adhering to FCA rules and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Meet business targets and ensure timely recording of client data and business transactions.
- Hold a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services or be qualified to step up.
- Have a current Certificate in Advanced Study (CAS) and a minimum of 2 years' experience in holistic financial advice.
- Be able to build long-term relationships with clients and possess excellent knowledge of financial planning.
- Be committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
